Hi! I'm Subhashis, I started as an architect. Then discovered the most interesting structures are the ones people navigate on screens.
5+ years in Product UX/ UI design across three industries — medical technology at Carl Zeiss AG, enterprise IT at CGI Inc., renewable energy at Elevion Green. I hold an MSc in Usability Engineering and work across the full design process — from user research and usability testing to design systems and AI-powered interfaces.
Currently open to UX/ UI Designer roles across Europe.
My beliefs
The system is the product. A design system without adoption is just a Figma file with good intentions. The most leveraged design work I've done lives in token architecture and component governance — not in individual screens.
Constraints are the brief. Enterprise products live inside real complexity — technical debt, regulatory requirements, legacy systems. The interesting work happens inside those constraints, not around them.
Research changes what you build, not just how. The most valuable finding isn't the usability issue you fix. It's the one that makes you question whether you're building the right thing at all.
